Here are my Top 10 Reasons why Iraq War Veterans are joining the Peace Movement:
Number 10 - The Stupid White Men in D.C. are sending our sons and daughters to war, and making the wounded pay $8 for lunches in the Iraq hospitals. It is an insult to our veterans for two reasons: First the food is not that great, and second why do the White politicians get their lunches for free? More…
Number 9 – The Stupid White Men in D.C. are sending hundreds of our 1947 (as of Oct 25th) wounded sons and daughters from Iraq, to Fort Stewart Georgia to wait months to even see a doctor. More...
Number 8 – The Stupid White Men in D.C. are landing on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, declaring an end to war, but 240 more U.S. service men and women have been killed (between May 1st & Oct 25th) since that Top Gun spectacle. More …
Number 7 – The Stupid White Men in D.C. are putting up “Support President Bush & the Troops” signs and gargantuan Yellow Ribbons on their front yards, while they are cutting VA benefits by millions of dollars.
Number 6 – The Stupid White Men in D.C. are promising Latinos a shortcut to jobs and education for their military service, but cannot explain why Latinos are at 6.2% of the Army, but represent 17.7% of those handling guns and 13% of those dying in the Iraq War and Occupation.
Number 5 - The Stupid White Men in D.C. are sending our sons and daughters to die, but will not explain the Chickenhawk President went AWOL during Vietnam?
